Refund/Return Policy- No refunds for custom orders on any items such as, Jackets, Vests, Purses, or belts designed by Kowgirl Glitz. When sizes are supplied by the customer in error or changed after 5 business days of order. A 20% charge for the alterations by our designers will be applied. A 20% fee is applied for all changes to orders after 5 days of placing order due to the cost of materials and labor. Changes include and not limited to: Design changes, colors, materials, sizes, items, additional items, delivery dates, etc.
Rush order fees- $50.00 per item will be applied to all orders that are custom made. All rush orders that are custom, specific to our customers request are filled within 2 weeks with all applicable charges as long as suppliers have availability of product requested.
Any refunds for products that are not custom designs have a 30 day return policy. All products may be returned for exchanges only. The customer must pay shipping charges. All returns are made by the digression of Kowgirl Glitz and their officers.
